The area

As you step inside, you are embraced by the grandeur that characterizes exceptional quality canal houses from the 17th century. The impressive marble hall, adorned with an abundance of refined details and high ceilings, serves as the gateway to this exclusive experience. Multiple passageways at various levels connect the properties at Keizersgracht 584 and 586.
The three monumental buildings, located on Kerkstraat, are accessible both from the street and through the connecting canal garden of Keizersgracht. Kerkstraat 141 is the former coach house and holds significant historical value, as does the iconic Zaanse garden house dating back to the late nineteenth century.

Accessibility & Transportation These properties are located in the center of Amsterdam on the prestigious Keizersgracht and in Kerkstraat, near Nieuwe Spiegelstraat. This refined area consists of canal houses that are used as luxury apartments, offices, law firms, advertising agencies, financial institutions, hotels, and foundations.
The entire area is easily accessible via Vijzelstraat, Stadhouderskade to Ringweg A10. It is excellently served by the North-South metro line and tram lines 1, 2, and 5 at the Keizersgracht/Leidsestraat stop, as well as tram lines 9, 16, 24, and 25 at the Keizersgracht/Vijzelstraat stop.
On the public roads, parking is paid, and the municipality operates a parking permit system. There are also several parking garages in the city center, including one across from the properties on Keizersgracht.
One of the properties on Kerkstraat has its own indoor parking space. Here, there is the possibility to park a second car by installing a parking lift.
The location offers excellent public transportation connections, with easy access to metro, tram, and bus lines that quickly take you to all corners of the city. Furthermore, the proximity to the A10 ring road makes traveling by private transport effortless.
