First floor - living and bedroom floor.

The main entrance upstairs is spacious (10m by 3.28m ) and shows very well the character of the house. Immediately to the left is the lovely, very bright living room with fireplace and at the same time full view of the forest behind as it has a wall-to-wall glass front. To the right immediately the checkroom, guest toilet. Also on the right is a very practical a 2nd kitchen, very conveniently close to the living room/ dining room. A little further on the right side a study in use as office. At the opposite end of the main entrance is a long corridor ((12 m by 2 à 3 m) with 5 bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom. At the end of this corridor is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet. The bedrooms all overlook the garden and wooded area of park "Berg en Bos". Each has its own exit onto a long balcony (19 m by 2 m) In this area are fitted wardrobes almost along the entire length.
Ground Floor

The large dining kitchen (7.70 m by 3.80 m) overlooking the garden, the forest behind and the pool is situated on this floor. A spacious guest bedroom with its own bathroom can also be found at this level. In the hall are again storage cabinets, stairs to the basement, stairs to the upper floor, the laundry room and utility room.
