The redevelopment of Mulini Mandelli and its surrounding area blends historical preservation with architectural innovation, enhancing the scenic Restera along the Sile River.

The restoration project for Le Case sul Sile, once the homes of mill workers, aims to preserve their historical character while ensuring modern comfort and high standards with upgraded roofs and walls. The new window frames retain their original aesthetic while offering enhanced performance. The six residences, spread over two levels, feature private gardens and stunning views of the Sile River and park.

The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry area, while the upper floor offers three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Some units incorporate glass volumes that create winter gardens. The interiors, flooded with natural light, showcase neutral tones and refined materials that celebrate local traditions.

Each unit is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, smart home technology, and pre-installation for an alarm system. Residents will have access to a private gym and a multi-purpose room.
