The apartment offers 169 m2 constructed and offers a large living and dining room with open kitchen that is facing the exterior and is oriented towards West. Its strength lies in having in total three French balconies towards the street, high ceilings with beautiful original mouldings and unique arches that form part of the living area and offers a unique feature. The kitchen comes fully equipped with high end appliances, the natural wooden floor is of herringbone parquet and there is A/C conduct for both cooling and heating while gas heating is also available in the apartment and the building.
