使住宅脱颖而出的是游泳池。设计师的意图是不占用建筑空间，因此想到在花园区域下方建造游泳池。用石灰华装饰的房间面积超过 150 平方米，游泳池面积为 52 平方米。选址理念、项目实施以及住宅的装修方式都符合最苛刻的测试要求。房间配有桑拿浴室，也可从改建成健身房的凉亭进入。
在其历史上，这栋豪华别墅曾两次被租用作巴西大使的住所。
Classical residence finished to the highest standard. The selection of the material was carried out extremely carefully. The entrance hall and the stairs connecting the floors are finished in pink marble and stucco. Fireplace in the living room is made of natural stone which refers to the design of the whole residence. Ornate coffered ceiling in the dining room, which was bought at auction, was originally the pride of the castles of the Loire. All is completed by a chandelier bought at auction in Modena.
The bathroom situated near the main bedroom is made of white marble. Noteworthy is also a French conservatory on the first floor, which is a natural extension of the main bedroom area and the bathroom.
In the back premises there are technical rooms, a garage, the main kitchen, staff rooms, wardrobe, and a pantry.
What makes the residence stand out is a swimming pool. The intention of the designers was not to take up the space of the building, hence the idea to build it under the area of the garden. The surface of the room finished with travertine is over 150 sq m and of the swimming pool – 52 sq m. The idea of the location, the project realization, and the way to of finishing the residence meet requirements of the most demanding tests. The room is equipped with a sauna which can also be reached from the summerhouse converted into a gym.
In its history, this luxurious villa was rented twice as a residence of the Ambassador of Brazil.
