In the living room, there is a Piazetta pellet fireplace, which provides warmth and romance in winter and, of course, represents an additional source of heating

During the colder months, these low-consumption sources keep the property pleasantly warm, and during the summer months, these units collectively take care of cooling all the living spaces.

Additional energy efficiency is provided by the top-quality external insulating coating, covered with a neutral facade color.

Doors and windows:

Pool and outdoor living area:
The outdoor pool measures 36m2 with a depth of up to 1.8m and is accessible via six steps. There is a sun terrace around the pool, which is partially covered, which provides plenty of shade on hot summer days. In the covered part there is a large summer kitchen with a barbecue and a large space for dining and enjoying summer picnics with family and friends. The entire land is fenced, which allows for a high level of privacy.

Parking:
