Approximately 11,000 sf with 7 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, dual powder rooms, and a three-car garage, it is the perfect gathering place for family and guests. The Main Lodge is simultaneously inviting and impressive with its two-story living room and grand rock fireplace, the wrap-around porch with a commercial bar that is enclosed with nine sets of accordion doors, the Lutron lighting and Savant system throughout, the privacy of hotel-style card-key accessible bedrooms, the game room with a wet bar, gourmet kitchen and multiple pantries, breakfast room, dining room, five king bedrooms, the stand-alone bunkroom, and a family suite with a king bedroom and attached bunkroom. For full enjoyment of the beautiful Hill Country setting, there is an infinity pool with a hot tub, a putting green, covered porches, firepits, outdoor kitchen and a dock that all strategically connect the Main Lodge with the lake.
FITNESS CENTER: The state-of the-art Fitness Center is approximately 3,668 sf and includes a full weight room with interlocking rubber tile flooring, a yoga studio with hardwood floor, an attached kids’ playroom complete with climbing wall and foam pits, one half-bath, a seating area with a beverage center, lockers, and a laundry room. WATER: This ranch has a very impressive amount of surface and subsurface water. The highlight of the surface water is the 8 acres double lakes which are situated near the headquarters for easy enjoyment. There are three additional substantial ponds and a number smaller tanks scattered throughout the ranch. Several creek drainages traverse the property with the most predominate one filling the double lakes. This main creek will run water for extended periods during times of rainfall. There are eight water wells, including an impressive irrigation well that can produced 400 GPM.
