Charming property from the early 1900s, surrounded by a hectare of parkland, overlooking Cernobbio from a high position, from which the view can extend over the lake, up to the city of Como. The main Liberty-style villa has been preserved in its original flavor, both outside and inside, by the current owners, who renovated it in 1980, but without affecting its atmosphere. The large windows of the living rooms on the ground floor, open to the beautiful garden and outdoor pool, the high ceilings, the decidedly 'important' entrance as well as the large staircase that leads to the upper floors, declare an architectural style of yesteryear, when space was considered in itself a symptom of elegance and 'savoir vivre'. Going up to the upper floor, a hallway distributes the five bedrooms and their bathrooms. A balcony with its flowered loggia, from which you can admire the garden and the silver lake, up to Como, serves the two large bedrooms on the front side of the villa. All bedrooms overlook the park surrounding the property, protecting perfect privacy. On the third floor, in addition to some service rooms, we find a delightful studio that naturally enjoys an even more enchanting view, and from here we climb the 'tower': a truly magical place from which the view sweeps 360°, even behind the villa, towards the cool pre-Alpine valleys. Inside the park there is an annex, renovated in 2005, which houses 4 bedrooms as well as a large living room, a kitchen and 5 bathrooms; adjacent to the annex there is an area designed for fitness, with an indoor pool, equipped with an 'Endless pool'. In the park, a fun tavern has even been built in the 'English pub' style surrounded by greenery.
