TiLa is a secluded 5 air-conditioned-bedroom 800 m2 villa on a one acre property, directly on Rekewa beach, 2.8 kms of pristine sand and palm trees. Unspoiled and flawless, TiLa's location is a picture-perfect destination on the south-eastern coast of Sri Lanka.
The ground floor of the villa features a large lounge and dining area, as well as a bar and a courtyard that face the coconut tree lined garden, the swimming pool, and the Indian Ocean. The lush tropical gardens and a steady sea breeze makes this a special place to unwind and reconnect with nature.
The four en-suite bedrooms are on the upper level of the house, and each have a private balcony, either facing the ocean or the lagoon behind the house. Each room has a king-sized bed, air conditioning, a safe, a wardrobe and an overhead ceiling fan. Also, there's an air conditioned en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with a queen bed.
The property also offers an air conditioned office at the back of the house. Additionally, the villa has its own staff quarters, kitchen and the property is patrolled 24 hours by a security guard, and has CCTV installed on the perimeter of the house.
