You can find everything at Töölöntori. Grocery stores, Alko, restaurants and cafes. A few blocks away is the Opera, Töölönlahti, Olympic and swimming stadium. Taivallahti tennis courts and Hietalahti beach are also close by.
As Oy Kulmalinna is one of the landmarks of Töölöntori and the apartment on the top floor that is now available has been completely built in 2005 to the former empty attic space. The current owners are its first residents. However, there is no low space at all.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which leads to the second staircase, which is accessed by a key and an elevator to its own floor. This is the only apartment on the floor and the floor also accommodates the housing association?s balcony. The kitchen / living room is large and spacious and there is also a wonderful working fireplace. The apartment has a beautiful herringbone parquet with a frieze and the wet rooms (3 bathrooms/WC and own sauna) have tiled flooring.
