ALMA TROPICAL RESORT has been operating since 2013 and has a reputation for being the best leisure hotel accommodation structure on Itaparica Island.

The place where the Resort is has a total area of 10,000 square meters, rectangular in shape, the arrival at the site is made directly from the main asphalt road of access to Cacha Pregos. The entrance is protected from the security guardhouse and the area of Alma Tropical includes the Resort is a Residential that bear the same name.
At the disposal of guests, there is a private beach that has a kiosk to meet the needs of those who want to spend a day at the beach. The gardens have sub tropical vegetation is typical of the Atlantic Forest, with typical native plants, where wild animals live, already accustomed to the presence of man: monkeys, tamarins, parrots, iguanas, lizards, birds of various species that take advantage of the existing lake of about 500 square meters of water depth, containing giant fish.
This lake is very close to the sea, creating a unique contrast of freshwater or marine vegetation. Near the lake is located the Resort Restaurant that serves breakfast and is available for dinner in the middle of trees, flowers and all nature.
On the outskirts of the lake and facing the ocean there are 1,000 square meters of built area and just renovated, with 16 suites with bathroom of different configurations (double, triple and family), which can accommodate up to 50 people comfortably. Each suite is already equipped with minibar, TV and air conditioning in addition to warm waters in the bathroom and private balconies, with adequate comfort to spend unforgettable holidays.
The new pool (recently inaugurated) with more than 100 mq of wet area, with hydro massages and children's space, still yields mis cozy place.
The leisure infrastructure, in addition to the swimming pool, includes a multi-sport grass court for tennis and soccer games, a shooting target and also has an area for golf training.
The A.T. Resort has a parking lot with 15 spaces covered with solar panels powering a 20 k.w. power plant that yields autonomous structure from the energy point of view. Analogously the structure has an artesian well of 60 meters deep with automatic pump that feeds all the needs of the structure. For better operational use it has a shed, a laundry room and a garage with two vacancies by management.
