The neighborhood will soon be enriched by the prestigious new Vltavska Philharmonic Hall and will certainly raise the value of the location in the coming years.Two large parks - Letná and Stromovka, are within walking distance. A number of gourmet places and countless other popular businesses are all in close proximity. The area is considered as central as you can get anywhere in town within 15 minutes.
