We generate our own energy through solar panels, use filtered well water, and recycle treated water for the irrigation of our crops. In addition, our restaurant uses an osmosis system for water purification. We have a spice garden, a garden of aromatic plants, and native fruit trees, promoting a sustainable ecosystem.
