Charming villa located in the center of São Pedro de Sintra, close to the heart of the village, completely renovated in 2021. With two floors, there is a social area on the entrance floor with a large living room with fireplace and stove and a dining area next to the kitchen. The living room and kitchen have south-facing windows that give plenty of light to the entire floor. The kitchen was custom-made by the company Delfim Patrício, Lda. with lacquered wooden furniture and is fully equipped with a Samsung built-in stove, Teka oven and microwave, Zanuzzi refrigerator and Aeg dishwasher. The wall on the right is covered by large double glazing onto a nice interior patio that allows light to enter and gives access to a compartment that can serve as an office, laundry room or playroom. On the ground floor we also have a guest bathroom with a small window to the outside. The stairs leading to the upper floor are covered in pine wood, as are the handrails. On the upper floor we have two en suite bedrooms, each room with two windows, both with excellent areas, one facing east and the other facing south. Both have wooden cabinets custom-made by a carpenter. The second bedroom has a room that serves as a closet or can be used as an office. The entire house has floating floors similar to wood, except for the bathrooms, which are made of heated ceramics. The wooden shutters are new and lacquered, as are the thermal doors and windows with double glazing. The villa is located at the base of S. Pedro de Sintra, a town known for its commerce, with numerous stores, including antiques and small neighborhood grocery stores. It is also characterized by being the natural access to the Sintra mountain range for its pedestrian walks and by its proximity to the Palácio da Pena, the Castelo dos Mouros and the historic center of Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is 5 minutes from the historic center of Sintra, 20 minutes from the beaches and the sea, 5 minutes from the international schools Carlucci American International School of Lisbon and TASIS Portugal International School and 25 minutes from Lisbon international airport.
