Mulini Mandelli redefines living in Treviso, a project signed by the International Studio Matteo Thun, in collaboration with the Proap Studio of Architect João Nunes, who oversaw the landscape design.
The ambitious redevelopment of Mulini Mandelli and the adjacent area combines historical preservation and architectural innovation, leveraging the scenic Restera that runs along the Sile River and connects the city to its historical roots.
The development involves the creation of a total of 70,000 sqm (753,450 sq ft), with approximately 93 units (72 residential and 21 hospitality). These are distributed within the existing structures of the Mulini and Case sul Sile, as well as new buildings in the park. The residential units will vary in type and size, ranging from apartments to semi-detached villas.
The restoration project of the historic "Mulini" building involves the creation of 18 residential units, enriched by the addition of new services and recreational spaces dedicated to both residents and the community. The internal layout of the spaces has been designed to optimize space while allowing for customization based on individual needs.
The intervention preserves the original character of the building, harmoniously integrating historical architectural elements with contemporary details. This approach ensures a balance between respect for the historical context and the highest modern living standards. The use of materials in harmony with the original structure helps maintain the timeless charm of the Mulini.
All three-room apartments, generously sized and featuring a covered loggia, are equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, smart home systems, pre-wiring for alarm systems, and have the highest modern living standards. Residents will also have access to a private gym, a multi-purpose room, and a bike storage/workshop.
The apartments are offered with floor areas from 78 to 99 sqm (840 to 1,065 sq ft.) and loggias ranging in size from 6 to 20 sqm (65 to 215 sq ft.), with the possibility of purchasing separately both cellars and garages. Delivery is scheduled for late June 2026, with an expected energy class of A1.
