A charming and spacious apartment overlooking the beautiful and famous turquoise bay of Porto Cervo and the Marina.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex, within one of the historic condominiums on the waterfront near the fashionable town of Porto Cervo. The layout is composed of a comfortable living room that faces directly onto a large outside veranda space ideal for sea view cocktails and dinners with family and friends. The inside of the flat consists of a dining area within the living room and three bedrooms with two bathrooms connected by a corridor and outer smaller terrace.
The apartment is located in a very prestigious and strategic area, just a few minutes walk from the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and the new marina where some of the most beautiful boats in the Mediterranean moor. Inside the well kept residential complex called "Dolce Sposa" (Sweet Bride), we may also enjoy a large saltwater swimming pool and direct access to a small beach.
The apartment has a private parking space and a cellar.
