The property was a family farm for over a hundred years (not currently active) and comes with two water licenses, one from Mount Sentinel aquifer, and the other from the Slocan River which is glacier fed and is some of the most pristine water in the world (the licenses total 11 million litres of water per year).

There is plenty of merchantable old growth timber but also three large open areas where hay used to grow.
