Water has been an important focus for us including 6 dams, 5 equipped bores with solar pumps feeding supply tanks and troughs. Additionally, a 3km underground pipeline supplies water from the southern bore to the stock yards, various locations including our homestead. A functional well, equipped with a solar pump is also used as a backup for the homestead and the house paddock trough. The seasonal creeks throughout the property include Ridler, Connell, and Koolkoorum.

The stock yards are a combination of the older yards and steel panels. It incorporates a vet crush fitted with a set of Gallagher Scales and a new Beef Boss Head Bale. There is also a calf cradle and calf crush, a new steel framed loading ramp with a concrete corrugated floor.

The laundry and shower are located at the rear of our home and easily accessible from the back porch. There are two solar systems, a 5kw on the homestead and an 8kw on the workshop which both feed back into the grid.

Outside, a craft studio with lighting, power points and the rustic appeal of yesteryear awaits you. Perfect for indulging in various crafting or artistic endeavors or can even be transformed into a Man Cave or an additional bedroom.

Adjacent to the homestead is a quaint self-contained cottage for either your teenager, parent or staff member. It has its own water tank and electric pump, and consists of a full kitchen, dining area, shower and toilet (septic), bedroom and a veranda to relax and unwind on. We are in the process of getting it ready to Airbnb.

Opposite the homestead is a 62mx32m weatherboard saddle room/storage room with power, a nice sized chicken coop and a few horse yards or poddy pens.

There is ample storage and a workspace available, provided by a 12.5mx10.5m shed, two lock up 3mx3m garden sheds, another enclosed 7.5mx5m storage shed, and a 6ft mesh fenced enclosure with its own 4mx3m storage shed. And of course, with being a sizeable property, there is a 2,000lt diesel tank on a stand.

The outdoor covered entertainment and BBQ area is set in a well-maintained yard and has garden areas which envelope the property with an array of beautiful colours. The graceful old mulberry tree and mature mango trees plus the abundance of young fruit trees including peach, apple, mandarin, orange, and feijoa to name a few give our home the feeling that it is loved.
