This sophisticated bespoke New York loft style Apartment was a collaboration between the owners, Lamont and Co the developers and Cheshire architects when this commercial hub of the SKHY Precinct was converted to residential, when it was a shell.
The owners were already living in the main SKHY tower and loved the way the SKHY Precinct worked for them and their French Bulldog.
The openness of this fourth floor elevation, allows good light deep into the heart of the space. The area where this was not a possibility is in the entrance way and this could be developed into a wonderful library by someone with a book collection. Alternatively this entranceway to this apartment could be made into an office and could be screened from the interior of the living and dining.
Fortunately, because this was originally going to be a commercial space, there an external toilet and wash basin in the stairwell of the building attached to the title, making this notion of a work from home office even more sensible.
