We are on the Umbrian-Tuscan border, in the upper Tiber Valley, amongst lush landscapes rich in art and culture, known to the jet-set for the green Niccone Valley, 30 minutes from Perugia airport.
The Borgo is an outstanding example of a monumental renovation executed in a work-of-art, faithful to the archaic medieval structure. The use of antique stone and cladding retrieved from ancient buildings, together with anti-seismic measures, structural reinforcement of the foundations and stone walls, have been the guidelines for a meticulous and ingenious work that brought the original rural layout back to life, transforming it into a refined residential complex, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
