Spectacular property spanning more than 2000 hectares in the heart of the Toledo Mountains, an hour and a half away from Madrid, one of the sites of highest ecological and hunting value in Spain and Europe.
The property is fully operational and fenced in its entirety. It includes numerous streams and the Nava river and Gavilán stream flow through it.
The area is designated for big game hunting (deer, boars, fallow deer, and roebuck) and small game hunting (partridge, pigeon, dove, duck, rabbit, hare, and fox).
The property is characterized by a Mediterranean forest consisting of holm oaks, cork oaks, gall oaks, maples, strawberry trees, olive trees, and rockroses. The diverse wildlife population includes deer, fallow deer, roebuck, and boars.

Various hunting facilities are available: metal towers in cuttings installed perimetrically to the hunting spot, specific feeders for each game species, a capture area for selective repopulation of species, refrigeration machines for conserving game meat for sale, disposal area for entrails and animal remains.
The private electricity installation is through a medium tension line and own transformation center, thus avoiding the installation of a generator with a diesel tank. The water installation consists of several springs and registration wells that supply water from the mountain range to the house. ACS and radiator heating is done through a diesel boiler with solar panel support for hot water production. House sanitation is done through several septic tanks with biological filters.
The property has a single-story main house of over 500 m2 that can accommodate 18 people, a fully equipped guest house that can accommodate 6 people, a house for the property guards and other secondary buildings.
In addition, there is a chill-out area with a pool, changing rooms, garden, porch, and barbecue.
The main house features a built surface area of 500 m2, developed on a single floor. It includes a large covered porch, a perimeter garden with lighting, and a pergola for outdoor parking for 5 vehicles.
