Behind the entrance door, you are greeted by a spacious, friendly entrance hall that connects to the lift, the staircase and a storage room.On level 2 there are rooms with special uses and many storage possibilities. The northern part is set into the slope, while to the south a grand conservatory opens onto a large terrace. This room is the flexible »joker« of the mansion and can be used in many different ways, depending on the preferences of the new owners, e.g. for collections and art objects, as a home office, library or music room, as well as a fitness or wellness area.On the sloped side, there is a spacious wine cellar where people like to enjoy a good glass of wine from the region. In addition, the technical room, the laundry room and a large storage room (or cellar) are located on this floor.Level 3 comprises the sleeping and resting areas, which are the quieter uses of the mansion. Here there are four living and sleeping suites, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. A staircase leads down to a sheltered seating area in the garden.On level 4 of "Air", you are already very close to the sky – seemingly above the mountain. The entire floor is almost completely taken up by the grandiose, loft-like living hall, which stretches from west to east. Spacious, staggered glass surfaces open to the south onto the generous, partially covered terrace with a spectacular view over the landscape. A fireplace creates a festive mood on long evenings.
