On the main floor you also find the office which has beautiful views out to the creek and forest just next to the half bath. There is direct access from the garage to the kitchen. The caretaker’s quarters, which include a bedroom and full bathroom are found off the garage with its own independent entrance.
The second floor of Casa Mariposa Private Oasis in Exclusive Community hosts two of the three bedrooms and an informal living room. The master bedroom faces the forest and creek and has a private patio just off the foot of the bed. This patio is just perfect for reading while relaxing in the canopy of the forest. The open master bathroom has a glass enclosed shower with views to the forest and two large rain shower heads. Once again Bali inspired with a twist. The master also consists of 2 closets. There is an additional informal living/tv room on the second floor as well. The living area is a quaint space to relax or watch some tv. it is used now as an informal living space off 2 bedrooms, where the second bedroom boasts beautiful views to the west and consists of its own private bathroom. From this room you have a small patio off the bedroom to enjoy sunsets, mountain views and views of the town of Ciudad Colon.
