On the ground floor we find lounge, TV room, dining room, pantry, kitchen with freehon storage, social toilet and 1 suite.

The entrance to the farm is paved with walking stone. It has 1 gate and 1 ridge from 18th/19th century farmhouse in the Mafra region. From the same origin, are a lake, situated in front of the main house, as well as the
limiting stones of the surrounding grass area of the pool and a decorative tank in the same area.
The floor of the pool area, was made of yellow marble, from Negrais, used on the unpolished side, therefore matte and not slippery.
