With a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, located in a quiet area of Sinaia, with access to two important streets, our little castle is ready to carry on the history of yesteryear and the charm of the most beautiful and appreciated tourist area of Sinaia on Prahova Valley. Starting with the Sphinx, Peles Castle, Casino, Royal Railway Stations, Narcissus Valley, Caraiman Cross and many more, the area offers a multitude of tourist attractions and opportunities to practice many types of sports for all tastes and seasons. Or it simply gives you the peace of mind you need and the fresh air for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Built in neo-Romanian style, at the end of the 19th century, at the request of the lawyer Trembinski, the castle underwent an extensive process of consolidation and restoration, with the preservation of all exterior architectural elements and the restoration of interior elements, and is currently in the process of completion. In addition, the castle has benefited from a modernization of the space, so that it offers all the benefits of a harmonious lifestyle. In this sense, modern installations and sanitary ware, Salamander carpentry with trypan glass, own high-capacity central heating, solid oak parquet, fire surveillance and alarm system were implemented. Arranged on five levels: two basements, ground floor, first floor and attic, overlooking all four cardinal points, on a plot of 873 sqm, the castle has a usable area of 645 sqm, with a spectacular wine cellar, a terrace of over 70 sqm on the ground floor, a terrace of over 60 sqm upstairs, large and generously glazed rooms, spacious bathrooms and plenty of storage space. Outside it has a garage, a storage room that can be used for garden tools and enough space to park several cars. A very important piece from a conceptual and architectural point of view, is represented by the two exterior stairs made of river stone, which form a heart, in the middle of which there is a former garage for carriages. This former garage can become an intimate place to spend relaxing moments on hot days, providing a cool temperature throughout the day.
