The main property (315 m2) residence consisting of 4 bedrooms (2 with private plunge heated pool with jets), 5 bathrooms, kitchen-dining room, play room, laundry, cellar, staff room, heated infinity swimming pool (10 x 3,5), BBQ area, gardens, vineyard, ample parking space, etc.
The Summit Villa (100 m2) is a totally autonomous and exclusive residence with large sliding window type doors of 17 m long openings and spectacular bird eye uninterrupted views. It includes a large living room-kitchen-dining room, two bathrooms, 2 WC, a large bedroom, its own infinity heated pool, external verandas and its own chambermaid-staff room and parking space.
LOCATION
The estate is located on the road leading to the Monastery of Prophet Elias, a natural prominent observatory, 6,8km from the port, 7,5km the International Airport of Santorini, 5km from the Prehistoric city of Akrotiri and 6,5km from Perivolos-Perissa beach, the most perfect place to swim in Santorini.
Santorini is also world famous for the excquisite wineries and is undoubtedly Greece’s top destination for oenotourism. In a very close distance from our Estate (appx. 5km), 16 wineries are open to welcome guests and offer wine tasting and tours on their facilities.
