-Requalification of the facades, changing the current coating material, which is understood not to fit the intended use, nor to contribute positively to the quality of the building, and to give the building a more current image, worthy of the intended use, and that contributes to a positive way to improve the urban image.
The material to be adapted would be the combination of aluminum composite panels in Dark Gray and Champagne Metalic, according to the stereotomy of the designed parts.
