We will develop the land and Construct 341 Units of Student hostel with Hotel layout named as “ PARKWAY HEIGHTS “and 1 block of Old Folk Home consisting of 60 beds with 2 Storey and 1 Block of Retire Home consisting 24 units 1 to 3 room apartment with 4 storey for sale.
We will make all application and Construct the whole development up to obtain Operation License to be issued by the UK Authorities.
We offer to sell the whole development with 341 units of Student Hostel and 1 block of Old Folk Home consisting of 60 beds with 2 Storey and 1 Block of Retire Home consisting 24 units 1 to 3 room apartment with 4 storey for GBP £50 million with freehold Property.
The layout plan for Ground floor marked an arrow colour in Blue between Student Hostel and Retire Home. It is our Secondary Plan ,possible can use as Hotel .The Retire home can be use as Suite Room or as family suite for the hotel if changed to Hotel use. And the value of the said property will be much higher.
As can see below attachment , In Singapore got a Company bought a Old Student Hostel in New Castle at around GBP £40.9 million for @ 200 beds ( and not room) as student accommodation by a Company called F E Orchard. New Castle is under 6 or to 10 bigger City in UK ( England ) .
And the other Student Accommodation was Joint Venture by GIC ( Singapore ) and UK local Company in Nothingham which 15 to 20 minute away Sheffield by tram.
We also have a block of Student Hostel in Queen Street Sheffield and was all fully rented out to Student.
Sheffield is a 4th bigger City and a very safe city in United Kingdom ( England ) . In Singapore , we have a development in Hillside drive to develop 25 units apartment. The Construction will be in sometime July 2016 .
