This spectacular top floor duplex apartment occupies half of the second and the whole third floor of a gorgeous multi-unit chalet situated in the appreciated Tuftra area. It's the only location offering ski-in ski-out with the sledging run passing behind the house and the possibility of skiing down the meadow to get on the slopes coming down from Furi. There's an elevator opening right into the flat on both levels. By entering the property on the lower floor you find yourself in a generous entrance hall surrounded by 3 ensuite bedrooms. Two of them are south-facing with Matterhorn view and a shared balcony. The two large corner bedrooms enjoy partial double height ceilings and semi open bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs. When arriving on the top floor either by stairs or elevator you're in between the open and well equipped kitchen and the entrance to the little wellness area. Latter is connected to the master bedroom in the back of the apartment and features a sauna and a round bubble bath that can be accessed through the bathroom. The aforementioned kitchen with a breakfast bar is in the center of the flat and perfectly suited to entertain guests in the dining area. In the opposite corner you will find an inviting lounge area slightly separated from the rest of the property by a hanging fireplace. The big glass sliding door to the front grants access to a nice balcony with the best vistas. The building can be easily reached by any means of transport and the bus stop is within a short walking distance. The common areas have been done to a high standard and are well looked after by the administrator.
