Holiday house located on Prahova Valley, in Breaza, located on a hill in the Nistorești neighborhood, surrounded by firs and oaks, 700 m from DN1 and 100 km from Bucharest. Oriented towards the sun from the early hours of the morning, the house benefits from a special panorama towards the Bucegi mountains and from the rarefied air for which this wonderful area is so famous. The area is intimate, without car traffic, without noise from the neighborhood, surrounded by nature. On the land of 2,331 sqm are planted fruit trees such as: cherries, plums, pears, cherries, nuts, apples and quinces. Flowering in spring, full of fruit in summer until late autumn, white in mild winters, protected from wind and moderate climate, the yard has been designed to provide an exceptional relaxing setting. The house was designed for living but can also be used as a guesthouse, it was built in 2010, made of brick with pillars and concrete foundation, thermally insulated on the outside with 10 cm thick polystyrene, with a roof made of wood with type roofing Lindab, pvc exterior carpentry with double glazing, thus guaranteeing good thermal insulation for all seasons. In addition, in the yard there are two cottages used for living, a paddock for dogs, a place for swimming pool and a vegetable garden.
