Nesteled in a tranquil setting at the very end of the village this unique 5 bedroom property offers every comfort one would expect from a luxury ski chalet. Constructed in 2011 its façade made out of natural stone, wood and big window openings became the standard for luxury real estate built in the area. The house can be accessed from behind by walking down a ramp that ends in a covered outdoor space with a ski room right on the opposite of the front door. Upon stepping into the home you're faced with the back of the central fireplace that separates the entrance from the dining area. A fully equipped and semi-open kitchen has been smartly integrated in the corner of the building and the hidden sliding doors allow to close it off when hosting dinner parties. The cosy lounge area in the opposite corner and an exit to the lovely terrace / garden rounds everything off. On the first floor there are two good-sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that share a common balcony with the third one in the middle featuring an extra folding bed and benefiting from a separate shower room in the corridor. The top floor is divided into two very spacious master bedrooms each one with a bathtub & a shower, its own fireplace and a nice little living area. They both enjoy a shared balcony as well where you can easily fit a few sunbeds to enjoy the afternoon sun. When taking the elevator down to the basement and standing in front of the stylish indoor swimming pool one will understand why this property is so special.
