Included in the rate (except for Long-term rate):

— All taxes and service charges,
— Airport pick-up and drop-off service is complimentary and will be reimbursed at a cost in case of guests paiement for meter taxi ( 600 to 700 baht per transfer), one transfer on the arrival day and on the departure day .
— Staff from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm daily, after which if their service is required, overtime will apply.

STANDARD DEPOSIT POLICY — RENTAL AMOUNT PAYMENT.

— In order to have a booking confirmed you must make a deposit payment,
– for rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of your booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable at the time of booking, the balance of the rental is payable 60 days prior to arrival,
– for rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of your booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit,
— All payment will be made by Bank draft or telegraphic transfert , the Bank Account and all necessary details will be communicated separately in due time ,

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

— Normally, cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit . Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the rental.

— On Guest own account :
– private chef services ,
– car rental ,
– driver,
– villa provisioning,
– overtime of staff ,
– all food and beverage,
– baby sitting,
– laundry , dry cleaning and ironing if organised outside the villa ,
– any breakage or damage of villa property and any other items/equipment in the villa by the guests ,
– service gratuities / tips for the staff (welcomed).

A car and/or driver can be secured upon request. Rates vary depending on the sort of vehicle rented, but generally speaking most cars and 4x4s rent in the range of THB 1,200 – 1,800 per day. The cost of a full-time driver is THB 1,000 per day. The villas are equipped with broadband wireless internet access which is complimentary. Food and beverage can easily be purchased at the local markets, supermarkets nearby. Daily laundry service (that is, sheets and towels) is complimentary and Personal laundry can be organized at the villa.
