Modern two-storey villa built in a low energy standard standing on an extensive plot of land represents a unique opportunity for those who are looking for a representative living in a quiet location and yet close to the city center. The modern minimalistic concept and clean lines of the building are aptly complemented by a large garden full of greenery. Ingenious architectural project from the workshop of the progressive studio majo architects is elegantly using the advantages of the terrain - the house is partially sunk into a moderate slope on one side, while the other side is facing the garden. This garden is naturally adjoined by a forest park where are no further buildings possible to construct - thanks to this, the mature trees there provide both a quiet, unobstructed view of the greenery and plenty of privacy. The architectural design in suitable places also softens the borderline between the interior and the exterior: glass walls and skylight are used to ensure as much daylight as possible and all the rooms have direct access to one of the terraces or gardens - the outdoor areas thus serve as natural expansion of a living space. What catches one’s eye on the lower floor of the villa is undoubtedly the roomy and spacious wellness zone, full of light thanks to large windows facing the garden and skylight in the ceiling which allures to rest and relax. In this wellness zone, apart of a whirlpool and a sauna, an indoor swimming pool with a counter-current is planned, and a fitness zone is projected for the adjoining room. The rest of the floor is a private area with three rooms: one spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room and two smaller rooms. From all the three bedrooms you can proceed through the terrace to the garden on which it is possible to build an outdoor biotop natural pool.
