Rooms enjoy magnificent sea view and Mouse island’s view. It is one of the very few hotels to combine both private beach and view to Mouse island.
The hotel’s main building consists of 100 rooms, in detail: 69 sea view rooms and 3 garden view rooms. There are also 6 garden view bungalows and 6 sea view bungalows. A night club which wasn’t operating the last 10 years is included in the hotel premises.
Along with the hotel, the owner’s family residences are for sale: 2 sea view houses with 3 bedrooms each and 2 breathtaking view villas right on the beach with 4 bedrooms each.
All buildings belong to the same SA company and in accordance with Greek laws must be sold as one company and not divided to smaller parts if it is to keep price as low as possible.
