The villa L'Abri Côtier is located in Pointe Milou, a popular area of the island.Perched on the heights, it enjoys a double view of the sea and a very nice natural ventilation.The large interior and exterior living area is composed of an equipped American kitchen, a spacious living room with a neat decoration and a dining room, all opening onto the view. It is extended by a beautiful and large terrace bordering the infinity pool that seems to jump into the sea.Pleasant and functional, the terrace also offers an outdoor dining area equipped with a small kitchen.At the back, a second living room opens onto a terrace and offers an unobstructed view.The two Caribbean-style rooms each have a private bathroom and a private terrace. One gives access to the terrace with swimming pool.The complex overlooks Pointe Milou, Lorient Bay and St-Jean Bay, offering splendid views of the sea, neighboring islands and sunset.Next to a large parking lot, in the basement of the house, are a room that can be a bedroom or an office as well as a laundry room.
