South Bank is a low density 31-acre residential resort and marina community being developed along 2,200 ft of beach and iron shore including a unique peninsula located on the southwestern end of Long Bay beach, offering some of the finest views over the Caicos Banks.
Located on a stretch of natural iron shore coastline, the Shoal Villa is an embodiment of a contemporary entertainment villa. The topography & geology of the site heavily influenced the design concept, as if borne from the specific geography of the site, the building is designed to bed into the landscape.
The Shoal Villa boasts an impressive 85’ of frontage, & spans approx .5 - .65 of an acre.
