Casa Tabyana is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront oasis located on Roatan's coveted West Bay Beach. There are very few private homes located along this beach so this is truly a gem! Enjoy this beautifully decorated, privately located home and beach all while being a short walk or drive from all that West Bay has to offer including world class dining, water activities, as well as a coffee shop, grocery store, and more. For the golf enthusiasts, there is also a 9 hole, par 3 Perry Dye designed golf course- West Bay Golf Club & Villas that you can book some play at!
The house includes a great room with kitchen and living area as well as two porches closest to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and tools that you need to prepare a nice meal. The bedrooms can be found behind the kitchen and living area and are accessed by a beautiful screened in walk way. The master includes a king bed and en suite bath and the two additional rooms each include one single bed and one double bed as well as a jack and jill shared bath.
Each room in the house has a split AC unit so you can cool the areas most efficiently. A $10 per day allowance is provided for electric usage and all usage above the $10 per day will be billed to you upon check out at the going rate of .40cents per KW. Arrival and departure housekeeping is included in your stay and if you would like daily or mid stay cleaning it will be $30 per cleaning. Towels, linens, and beach towels are provided as well.
