The demand for local housing and house building plots close to port Vila is very high and seemingly never ending, driven by the town’s rapidly growing population and the corresponding accommodation and needs. The sellers are offering the individual plots, which all have their own title, at a much lower price than they have already sold individual plots for – so that there is a good profit margin available to the new owner.

Sale price - negotiable with the sellers depending on whether all or part of the project is purchased. The best price will be available to a buyer who wants to purchase the total project outright.
