Tisara Spa is Sri Lanka's first eco-friendly homes set in an Ayurvedic Spa. There are 24-hour security and maintenance and maid and cook services. The construction is almost completed and Tisara Spa is expected to commence operations before the end of the year 2020.

Tisara Spa villas are offered fully-furnished and are priced between US$ 250,000 - 300,000 on freehold basis or on 99-year lease to foreign nationals. Villa owners are guaranteed a minimum 5% return on their investment for the first 2 years after completion.
