The historical Undine Bay Plantation is in the process of being developed into a mixed use estate featuring a selection of private waterfront residential sites each with sheltered frontage for easy yacht berthing, and areas for tourism and commercial projects. This development is located in one of Vanuatu's most picturesque bays less than an hour's drive from the Port Vila and the international airport, with panoramic ocean and offshore island views.
This marina estate is an exclusive residential and commercial subdivision with mixed use including boat harbour, waterways, shops and areas set aside for future construction of hotel facilities.
The Development is being staged, using Vanuatu's strata title legislation, including management by a body corporate. Stage 1 includes 17 rural residential blocks on the Eastern Foreshore - Lots 61, 77 and 34 Residential Blocks on the foreshore/waterways in the Marina Block Lots 1, 34 and 26 berth licences in the boat harbour itself.
There are 3 other large blocks of land each held in separate strata titles that are held for future development of the 2nd and subsequent stages.
Lots 60 and 80 are proposed hotel sites and part of Lot 60 surrounding the Boat Harbour is proposed for future commercial buildings servicing the Boat Harbour, such as shops, chandlery and general store including a local marketplace. There is a launching ramp and an area for boat maintenance and hard stand. A clubhouse is also proposed as part of the common property at the entrance to the boat harbour.
