Casale Silene is a residence of around 360 sq.m, plus 106 sq.m of basement, surrounded by 3.7 hectares of land with pool and a small olive grove with 25 full-grown trees, situated in the hills a few minutes from the beach with a stunning sea view. The location is peaceful and easily accessible, Senigallia (7 km) and Marotta (6 km) are less than 10 minutes drive away, and in less than an hour it is possible to reach art cities such as Urbino (64 km) or some of the most famous beach resorts of Romagna’s riviera, such as Riccione (58 km) or Rimini (67 km). The nearest airport is Ancona Falconara, about half an hour away (30 km), while the connection with the A14 motorway is just 10 km away. Description of buildings With two floors above ground and one below, Casale Silene is built from two separate units which have been carefully joined, in spite of their different exteriors, in traditional brick and plaster. Having undergone total restoration which was completed in 2005, the house comprises the basement floor (approximately 106 sq.m in total) with a large multipurpose space, ideal as a games room, and a large cellar/storeroom.
