Surpassing a decade as a leading broker in the Middle East luxury realty market, and following numerous successful years managing his own real estate company in Dubai, Seran’s specialties include hotel acquisition consultancy, and selling and buying high-end properties in the Middle East. On a global scale, his areas of expertise include litigation support, real estate investment advisory and commercial properties. After Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty appointed Seran as Associate in 2013, he maintained elite status as one of the company’s top performers through record-breaking sales of luxury properties in the region. Diverse cultural and professional backgrounds have added tangible rewards to Seran’s career. Having obtained a B.A. in Law in his native country of Romania and after spending several years as a legal officer at the United Nations, he holds expertise in legal consultancy, among numerous areas. In the recent years, he earned a certificate in Art & Finance from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York. With sales amounting to over USD 1B throughout his career, he boasts significant experience in supporting global deals and transactions in some of the world’s largest markets including: New York, Miami, London, Ibiza, Bucharest, Istanbul and Paris. A global citizen, Seran’s accomplishments have led him to Qatar, where he proudly leads the elite team of sales associates at Qatar Sotheby’s International Realty.
